• Assist the speakers with their speeches
• Liaise with the photographer
• Liaise with the videographer

• Liaise with the caterers
• Organize the receiving line, announce guests
• Co-ordinate acceptance of Wedding gifts
• Call attention to the seating plan
• Inform the guests of the reception details
• Announce the Bride and Bridegroom and escort them to their table
• Introduce the speakers
• Announce or say grace, if required
